Characteristics of the machine:
Capable of producing all kinds of products made from E.V.A. materials.
Mold Clamping Unit :
- Comprehensive mold clamping ability.
Several units of molds can be used at one stations to increase production.
- Thicker pressure-resisting plate to ensure deformation free and prolong the service life of mold while reducing defect ratio.
- Special heat panel design with evenly spread temperature to ensure stabilized size.
Injection Unit :
- Apply precision temperature control components to keep constant temperature,applicable for all kinds of E.V.A. material.
- Measured by Ohm gage for accurate amount to ensure the stability of injected size.
Control System :
- Use industrial class of PC and PLC controlling device to achieve
accurate control,smooth running of the machine with extremely low failure ration.
- After start, the machine can perform automatic error detection to prevent malfunction and elevate the productivity.
- Use windows system to establish the control program by taking account of friendly man-machine interface for easier operation and learning.Further functions are also provided in making the operation more accessible and more accurate.
