Our Manager Chang Wei-Yi has led the company since its inception. This manager feels that having one's own style and products is a way to advance the company, so beginning in 1995 Hour Liea began designing and manufacturing our own stickers for helmets, skates, and other fitness products, and these stickers featured our own special Dry-Rub transfer technology.
